  • Third-Party Data Processors: To store your data safely and keep our mailing list functional, we securely transmit and store subscriber details using our trusted cloud database infrastructure provider, Supabase.
  • Data Retention & Your Rights: We store your contact details only for as long as you choose to remain a subscriber. Under UK GDPR, you have the “Right to Erasure” (the right to be forgotten). Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of our website or at the bottom of any email we send will instantly, automatically, and permanently delete your record from our live database.

Low Carb Living follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of their hosting services' analytics.
